Get a Lorcana night at your store.

You bring the players. The store gets a busy night. Here is how to ask.

Before you ask

  1. Does the store already run Lorcana play? Ask, or look it up on the Play Hub.
  2. Who decides? Find out if it is the owner or an event organizer.
  3. Which night is slow for them? A quiet night is an easy yes.
  4. Have 4 or more players ready to show up.
  5. Read the official program pages below so you can answer questions.

The 60-second pitch

Hi, I'm [name]. I play Lorcana most weeks and I know [number] other people who do. We'd like a regular night here. We'd bring the players, I'd help run it, and everyone would buy their packs, sleeves and snacks from you. Could we try one night a month for three months and see how it goes?

The message to send

Hello [Name], I play Lorcana, and so do [number] people I know. Would you be open to a regular Lorcana night at [Store]? I can help run it and bring the first players. Could I stop by on [day] for five minutes to talk? Thank you, [Your name]

If they say no

  1. Could we try one night as a trial? A single night is a small ask. It lets the store see who shows up.
  2. Who else should I talk to? The owner may not run events. Ask for the right person.
  3. Can I check back in a month? Things change. A no today can be a yes later.
