      "why": "Two discounters that stack. Grandmother Willow takes 1 off the next character every turn for free, Hamm takes another 1 off for an exert, and together they land a 6-drop on turn four and a 7-drop on five. The rest of the list is built to cash that in: 51 characters means there is always a body worth discounting, and the one-ink Challengers keep trading up while the expensive half of the curve is still coming down. The removal is split on purpose — Gaston answers anything with 5 strength or more, The Horseman Strikes! answers Evasive, and Tigger bounces the cheap utility neither of them can touch.",

        "Turn 1 Luisa Madrigal - Pushing Through, turn 3 Shift Confident Climber onto her. A 6/4 for three ink, two turns before anyone should have one.",
        "Willow and Hamm both discount the next character and they stack, so Demona comes down on four.",
        "Demona exerts their whole board and refills both hands to 3. Play her the turn a tapped board turns into a free lore swing, not just as a 6-drop.",
        "Cheshire Cat's Boost moves 2 damage off your character and onto theirs — it finishes a wounded blocker while he grows.",
        "Luisa Confident Climber pulls damage onto herself, then dumps all of it onto one opposing character once she is carrying 3 or more.",
        "Ohana Means Family on a loaded Stitch or Luisa: every point of damage healed is a card drawn.",
        "Dumbo hands Evasive to whoever needs to get through — or to whoever needs to stop being challenged."
      ],
      "against": [
        "Wide boards of 3- and 4-strength characters. Gaston needs 5 strength and Horseman needs Evasive, so a swarm of medium bodies dodges both.",
        "Fast starts. Willow is uninkable and most of the deck is 1 lore a body, so an aggro deck that ignores the board can be up 8 before the discounts matter.",
        "Decks that keep refilling your hand. Demona can't ready while you hold 3 or more cards, so being drawn cards turns her into a 6-cost wall.",
        "Removal on Luisa Madrigal - Pushing Through before you Shift. Lose her and the turn-3 spike is just another five-drop."
      ],
      "mulligan": "Keep a discounter — Willow or Hamm — and something to do on one, which means Rafiki, Luisa Pushing Through, or Besties, Assemble! to go and find one. Ship the top of the curve. Stitch is a 7-drop you will draw later, one Demona is plenty, and a second Luisa Confident Climber with no Pushing Through under her is a five-cost card you cannot Shift.",
      "priorities": [
        "Turn 2 is for a discounter, not for the biggest thing in hand. The whole curve assumes one is already out.",
        "Empty your hand. Demona wants you under 3 cards and the discounts only fire once a turn, so holding cards wastes both.",
        "Save Gaston for something that actually has 5 strength. Nothing else in the deck answers those.",
        "Challenge freely with Rafiki and Luisa Pushing Through. They cost one ink and are there to trade up, not to sit.",
        "Count the lore before you play Demona. Exerting their board is worth more as a swing turn than as tempo."
