These terms cover your use of readysetink.com and its subdomains (together, "Ready Set Ink" or "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How we handle personal information is covered in our Privacy policy.
Anyone can browse and build decks without an account. To create an account you must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is OK with you having one.
You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your Ready Set Ink account. One account per person, please.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
Decks, collections and other things you save are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them back to you so the site can work. When you share a deck link, anyone who has that link can see the deck.
Each deck has a Visibility setting. Friends lets your accepted friends see it; Public shows it to everyone on Community with your username, and gives us permission to display it there. You can set it back to Private at any time. Keep names and descriptions friendly: we filter some words, and a public deck that people report can be hidden.
Ready Set Ink is unofficial fan content. It is not published, endorsed or approved by Disney or Ravensburger. Disney Lorcana card names, text and images belong to Disney and Ravensburger, and are used under Ravensburger's Community Code. The site's own design, code, art tags and written content belong to Ready Set Ink.
Prices are rounded snapshots, not live quotes. Card data, rulings notes and deck guides are provided to help, and can be incomplete or wrong. They aren't official rulings. For sanctioned play, Ravensburger's official rules and judges always win.
Dust, titles and the site's mini-games are just for fun. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or transferred, and we may change or reset them.
Dust on your account (earned when people view your public decks, and given to friends' decks to raise them on Community) works the same way: it can't be bought or cashed out, giving it away can't be undone, and we may adjust balances that come from abuse, such as views from fake accounts.
Some buy links go to TCGplayer through our affiliate link, which may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. Ko-fi support is optional and doesn't unlock anything on the site.
Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security. Don't access other people's accounts or data. Don't create accounts with automated tools, or scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others. Don't use the site for anything illegal or to harass anyone.
Ready Set Ink is a free hobby project. It's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features can change or go away, and the site can be unavailable at times. Keep your own copy of anything important.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ready Set Ink and the people who run it aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if the change matters for account holders, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.
